Changes to Atlantic Heights Apartments

Dear Residents

Please be informed that the Atlantic Heights Tower main lobby and P3 entrance will be suspended commencing 15 July 2023. The following arrangements will take effect accordingly.

1. Atlantic Heights Tower residents will access to their apartments by using west side lifts at Beijing Grand Hyatt (GHB) to 4/F and change for lifts at Atlantic Heights to their floors.

2. Residents using P3 may access through GHB P3 entrance during 0800hrs to 2400hrs or C2elevators to podium level at all time.

3. Front Desk and Security service at the main Lobby or P3 entrance will be suspended.

4. All courier deliveries will be dropped off at Pacific Heights and sent daily to Atlantic Heights apartments. Take-away deliveries will be sent to the pickup cabinet outside GHB.

君汇豪庭公寓运营调整通知

尊敬的住户

自2023年7月15日起，君汇公寓大堂及P3进出口将暂停使用，以下安排即日起生效：1.所有住户进入君汇公寓须使用君悦酒店内西侧电梯至4层，换乘公寓电梯至相应楼层。

2.阁下由P3进出公寓时可选择酒店P3电梯或C2座写字楼电梯到平台层：酒店P3出入口开放时间为8：00时至24：00时，写字楼C2座电梯24小时运营。

3. 君汇豪庭公寓大堂及P3出入口的前台客服与安保服务均会暂停。

4. 阁下所有快递将被送到金悦公寓大堂并每天往君汇公寓配送一次。阁下的外卖可要求配送员放置于君悦酒店门外的外卖柜。

由此给阁下带来的不便，我们深表歉意并感谢阁下的理解与支持。
